PURPOSE: To identify the extent and nature of construction defects, if any, that you may have had with your new home, as well as any difficulties resolving them.

PRIVACY: Your name and contact information is needed to authenticate survey results but will NOT be sold or abused.

PURCHASE INFO: Tell us about when you bought your home, from whom, and the name of your HOA or POA.

PROBLEMS: We'd like to know the specifics of any problems you had with your new home, so please describe them. Foundation problems, for example, often occur on expansive clay soil and can cause walls to crack, doors or windows to stick, and structural issues. Water leaks and plumbing or roofing problems can cause toxic mold and render a home uninhabitable.

RESOLUTION: Tell us if you got satisfactory resolution to problems, and how difficult was it.

LEGISLATION: We believe Texas laws currently favor home builders at the expense of homeowners and propose reasonable legislation to resolve known issues.
